Make Calls from your iPod Touch?

I was browsing around the net as usual looking at the latest iPod touch games and apps and I stumbled upon an article that was titled “Make Calls from your iPod Touch.” Naturally I had to click on it to see just what they were talking about. I thought that by some miracle there was some way to turn the iPod Touch into a phone…and when I checked it out it was close. There is an app called Fring which will allow a user to turn their iPod Touch into a phone and best of all its FREE! The only catch is that you have to be on wifi because it uses a VOIP connection.

For all of those who were missing the phone function on the iPod Touch this may be your solution!
