Cool, Sweet Fun on iPod Touch Games With Scoops!

Whether it’s a hot day in the summer or it’s a nice fall day, people love ice cream. Most people would rather have ice cream than eat vegetables, right? Well, in the game of Scoops, this is especially true.
In this delicious example of iPod touch games, you are given an ice cream cone which is empty and the goal is to catch ice cream scoops on it and avoid the vegetables. This is accomplished by tilting the device which you are using to the left and to the right, depending on what you are trying to catch. You are given three stars at the beginning of the game, and each time you catch a vegetable you lose a star. If you lose all of your stars, the game ends.
Even though the graphics are good, there isn’t a lot of game. If you make a mistake, like trying to use your finger instead of tilting, you are going to get a warning reminding you that you should tilt instead of slide. Being able to use the accelerometer is something that is very handy, but it can take some trial and error to figure out what settings work best for you.
Your score is determined by how many successful scoops you have caught in a row, whether the scoops are the same color, and whether or not the scoops have a star on them. The base worth for a scoop is fifty points and then it’s multiplied by the amount of your multiplier. A regular scoop makes the multiplier go up one point. If you have two alike scoops, one on top of another, you get two points. The scoops with the stars on them are worth one hundred points multiplied by the multiplier. If you miss a scoop, you lose a point on your multiplier and you lose ten points multiplied by the multiplier.
This isn’t a bad game. It can be fun to play and the graphics are decent, so some people might want to add it to their collection of iPod touch games.
