WordsWorth it is Definitely ‘Worth’ it on iPod Touch Games

If you are like me and enjoy a good word game, then chances are that you are going to enjoy playing WordsWorth, one of the new iPod touch games. If you are familiar with the game Bookworm, then you are going to know what WordsWorth is. The goal is to link the hexagonal tiles together to make words and to score as high as possible.

There are a couple of things that make the game adaptable to anyone’s play style. First, you can choose what word database you want to use. Another thing that you can do is to choose the size of your grid, which ranges from 4×4 up to 7×7. The third thing that is handy is the ability to choose what the shortest length of a word is going to be. Some people might think that they should make it four, but those three letter words might just keep you alive when you are about to lose your game.

Speaking of losing the game, if you are completely stumped and don’t know what to do, shaking your device will reset your letters and give you new ones. But of course, this comes with a price. If you choose this option, you are going to get red letters that need to be used before their time is up. If you don’t use them, you lose the game.

One suggestion to keep in mind when you are playing this game – turn the music off. Even though it also turns the sound affects off, you may find that it will help you think better. Music can be distracting and can disrupt your train of thought, so you may find that it’s going to help your game not to have it on.

WordsWorth is one of those iPod touch games that people who love word games will enjoy, and it’s one of my favorites.
